Coaching for high school and college students
For high school and college students, executive functioning skills play a vital role in academic success and personal growth. These skills include managing time effectively, staying organized, advocating for oneself, and prioritizing tasks. With focused coaching, students can strengthen these skills and become better equipped to navigate academic demands and daily responsibilities while building confidence and greater independence.

Ready to begin your journey and work with an executive function coach?
Free Phone Inquiry
The inquiry meeting is a chance for us to understand the changes you hope to achieve while working with an executive functioning coach, as well as an opportunity to share how our process can support your goals.
Register & Assessment
After you sign-up for coaching sessions your student will be evaluated to determine their current executive functioning needs.
Weekly Coaching
During weekly coaching sessions, our coaches build collaborative relationships with students to help them strengthen their executive functioning skills. When appropriate, we also provide brief check-ins between sessions to support progress and follow-through.
Family Collaboration Meeting
The last session of each month is dedicated to parent training. As a team we will discuss what is working, what isn't working, and next steps.
Phase-Out
Support is gradually phased out as students take greater responsibility for developing their executive functioning skills, promoting confidence and independent practice.
Important Note: Coaching services are distinct from formal ABA therapy or clinical mental health treatment and do not include diagnosis or treatment of clinical conditions. Progress and outcomes vary by individual.
